2 to 3 nights $300.00 nt. / 4 to 6 nights $285.00 nt. / 7 nights $270.00 nt.
Holiday Season ( 4th of July, Thanksgiving Weekend & Dec. 20th to Jan. 6th )
4 nights $375.00 nt. / 5 to 6 nights $360.00 nt. / 7 nights $345.00 nt.
Spring, Summer, & Fall ( April 1st to Nov. 30th )
2 to 3 nights $275.00 nt. / 4 to 6 nights $260.00 nt. / 7 nights $245.00 nt.
Cleaning Fee: $150.00 cleaning fee
3% charge to use credit cards for rental and cleaning fee.
No charge to use credit cards for refundable security deposit.
Cleaning note: The cleaning fee provides for six hours of normal cleaning, if
additional cleaning is required, a charge will be deducted from your security
deposit at a rate of $25.00 per hour.

WHERE YOU CAN PICK UP THE KEY.

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING
Plan on packing your personal toiletry items, such as bar soap,shampoo, we provide only a limited supply of toilet paper, paper towels, and other dispensable items to get you started for a couple of days. You should plan on making a trip to the grocery store to replenish these items and food as you need them. If the weather is cold you may want to bring news paper to start a fire in the wood burning stove. There are grocery stores in Nederland about 11 miles, Idaho Springs about 12 miles, and Golden about 16 miles.
