BLACK HAWK COLORADO VACATION RENTALS

The main unit is a gorgeous two-story, 2,600 square foot private home, named the Rocky Mountain Villa, is off hwy 119, located just 4 miles north of Black Hawk, 57 miles to Denver Airport, 32 miles to Boulder, 23 miles to Golden, 15 miles to Nederland, and 12 miles from Interstate 70 in the Colorado Mountains. This home is a four bedroom with four queens, three doubles, and two twin beds sleeping 16 adults, we also furnish 6 self inflating mats with 6 sleeping bags for children. There are three full bathrooms, a large kitchen, dinning room, and outside eating with two large picnic tables, large living room with Direct TV and a VCR with lots of kids and family movies, washer and dryer, wood burning stove, and a large 1000 sq. ft. deck to enjoy the magnificent surroundings. The lower unit is named The Cozy Cavern and is a 1,400 square foot private home with two bedrooms and one bathroom, kitchen, a very nice living room and a reading room. The master bedroom has two queen beds with a fireplace, the second bedroom has two twin beds, the living room has a full size convertible sleeper sofas, and the reading room has a full size futon sleeper, this home can sleep 10 adults.

WINTER VACATION RENTAL:
If you are looking for skiing, snow boarding, snowmobiling, or just playing in the snow this is your place. We have mountain ski resorts starting with Eldora, just 15 miles, to Vail, 84 miles, to Echo Mountain, Loveland, Winter Park, Arapahoe Basin, Keystone, Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, all in between. Snowmobile planed outings, swimming in the indoor pools at our local Community Center, and minuets to 32 casinos and restaurants in Black Hawk.

SUMMER VACATION RENTALS:
If you are looking for a summer get away this is the place to be. Golden Gate State Park and Indian Peaks Wilderness with wildflower meadows, beautiful autumn colors, and a view from Panorama Point of the Continental Divide, horseback riding trails with all kinds of planed outings, bike trails, hiking trails, fishing, swimming pools and gymnasium in our local Community Center, one hour drive to Estes Park, historic attractions in Central City, and minuets to thirty two Casinos and Restaurants in Black hawk.

No other location in Colorado, for that matter any place that I am aware off, offers fantastic Summer and Winter recreation along with 32 casinos and restaurants, great food at reasonable prices for your enjoyment, something for everyone.

In the Winter time talk to our local manager about Directions, in the Snow there would be a better way than Golden Gate Canyon Rd. ( hwy. 46 ).
